This recently launched app was created for Czech newspaper and magazine publisher Economia. Users can get the most interesting and latest news from around the world and from social networks straight to their mobile device. The app proved its worth during the US election in November 2016, when it reached 15.000 downloads within one week. Upgrades requested by users are planned for first quarter of 2017.
SOLUTION OVERVIEW
The app connects to Economia backend services, that provide customized news feed. Users can browse videos, pictures, tweets etc. , which are also available offline for later reading. Article feed is collected from many different sources, therefore the main challenge was to make sure users got a unified look and good readibility.
