TPCA service parts
Toyota, Peugeot, Citroen Automobile (TPCA) is one of the largest car producers in CEE region. TPCA Service parts application was developed to cover production management of service parts in TPCA car factory in Kolin, Czech Republic.
SOLUTION OVERVIEW
The application ensures the maximum utilization of the company's production capacities, where the production of service parts must be included in the main production of cars. The functionality of the application consists of several basic steps: formal file check, rules check that monitors number of ordered parts versus the forecasted ones, production restriction check that verifies a sufficient production capacity for requested orders and a cross check that ensures all orders are successfully processed. In case of detected conflicts in a production plan, the system recommends a suitable solution.

TEAM AND TIME
The development has begun in February 2017 and continued for about 12 months. The work on the project is carried out by a dedicated team of a project manager, 2 developers and the UX designer.
